This is a note of appreciation for your dealership and for your employee Bryan Hays. He solved our ongoing Subaru oil consumption issues. We first went back to the Dalles where we had purchased the car but they refused to help us on more than one occasion. They did do an oil consumption test, but they told me it with was within normal limits and blamed me for the way I must drive the car. The light first went on at 9000 miles and repeatedly more frequently. I happened to stop at Gresham Subaru with my mothers Subaru one day and told them about our very frustrating experience. Your employee Bryan Hays immediately told me that he would solve the issue. He did an oil consumption test and I ended up getting a new short block engine. I will be forever grateful for Bryans help and honesty! He gave me a loaner car, which I had to put a lot of miles on, because I had appointments in Portland that week. He is a GREAT employee!!! I will also use your dealership if I purchase a new Subaru in the future. Also, I will use your dealership for all future Subaru service. I hope that you will acknowledge him as a fantastic employee! Thank you so much to Bryan, he has restored our faith in Subaru! This place is awesome! The guys in the parts department know exactly what they are talking about and are very helpful. They took the time to "explain the job" and gave us a few tips and tricks in case it didn't go perfect. Saved us a ton of time. I will be returning to this place for all of my parts and service. When my Subi finally gives up the ghost I will be in their lot looking for the next one, you just can't beat their customer service and their Subaru knowledge. Check this place out - you will be happy you did.

I got a great price and the whole thing went off without a hitch. I have been returning to Gresham Subaru for all service work since then and even though they do not sell new Jeeps they are able to service and repair it cheaper and quicker than most places I have shopped. When I was in an accident about a year ago I had it towed there and when I showed up the next morning they already had a rental car for me to drive, handled everything with the insurance company, and got me back on the road in my Jeep in under 2 weeks. Everybody from Ivan, Bryan, and Jim in the body shop have been great and always exceed my expectations! I will go nowhere else! They make me feel like family!

It was my first time buying a car from a dealer and I was nervous and didn't quite understand the process. Mark took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand, and he made sure I was comfortable with all of the jargon. If you need a car, Mark is the guy to talk to! He listened to what I wanted and made sure I got just that. It was a great experience, when it's time to get another car I'll be calling him!

I inquired on the internet about a car. Mr Ivan Reece responded to my request,got me all the information I asked for, when I arrived to look at the Outback it was pulled up and ready for me to drive. All the figures Mr Reece quoted me stayed the same and it was the easiest and most comfortable experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. I bought some accessories and 2 days later, Randy the parts guy called me and scheduled my appointment. They were ready and installed everything and had me back on the road in under 2 hours when they told me it would be 2 to 3 hours and they washed my car! My daughter will be ready to purchase a car soon and I will call my friends at Gresham Nissan Subaru internet department to assist her!

 What a great buying experience.
A big thanks to you and the staff.
I can only speak highly of the whole dealership. Justin was our initial contact and my wife and I enjoy the relationship. He did a great job by giving us a lot of his time and in helping us get acquainted with the features of the car. We appreciated his job as a salesman.
We discovered a "problem" with the car upon our return home. I contacted Justin and he promised me that they would take care of it and he was right. Between Justin, Ivan, Jim (Body Shop) and the service department, they took care of us. They were waiting for me when I arrived and immediately took care of the problem. They were all professional. I left as a Satisfied Customer.

Thank you for your excellent customer service during my Subaru purchase. While I have purchased many cars in my life, this is the first time I have
written a thank you note. It is also the only purchase experience that has me willing to recommend the sales person and the dealersgip. From start
to finish you were always in sync with me. Attached is a photo of my son & I on Mt Bachelor using the ski tickets that came with the purchase.
